Supply Chain Audits

The Retail Logistics Supply Chain Code of Conduct, launched by the Australian Logistics Council in November 2006, is a commitment by the major players in the industry to responsible and safe management of freight. It is an important milestone in the development of a mature and sophisticated logistics industry in Australia.

A key aspect of the code is the Audit Process.

Carpenter Ellis Supply Chain Audit has been endorsed by the Australian Logistics Council as an auditor to support the Code of Conduct.

Coming from a Supply Chain consulting and operational background our approach is to provide Audit services which address both the specifics and the spirit of the process. The consultants involved in each Audit are senior practitioners, have the highest levels of certification (they are Lead or Principal Auditors in OH&S or Quality certified by RABQSA) and experience in the distribution environment.
